The Napoleon Index is an intensity scale, graduated from 15 to 85, which evaluates each of our coffees according to three specific criteria: the origin of the beans, the degree and the roasting time of the coffee and finally the blend of the beans of the coffee.
A lower index does not indicate that the coffee tastes less, but that you will taste more fruity, floral, nutty notes; those associated with the terroir.
If you choose a higher rating, you will taste the notes associated with roasting instead and your coffee will be more bitter.
